The shelf life for all So Cool products is 18 months from the time they are manufactured.
Yes, So Cool products are made in the U.S.
Yes! Our products do not contain gluten, any animal products and are certified kosher by the Orthodox Union.
Additionally, So Cool is made in the USA.
So Cool can be delivered to addresses located within the 48 contiguous United States.
Please Note: at this time, we do not ship to FPOs, APOs, P.O. Boxes, Alaska or Hawaii.
So Cool works with multiple shipping carriers to get the best rate for your orders.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. orders placed Monday through Thursday morning typically ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday through Sunday night will ship on Monday.
A shipping confirmation email will arrive in your inbox the evening of the day your order leaves our fulfillment center. This email will contain your delivery tracking number. (please check your email spam/junk mail folders if you have not seen the order and/or shipping confirmation email.)
Package tracking numbers are available in your shipping confirmation email, or by viewing your order in your socoolbrands.com account. please allow at least 48 hours after placing your order to check on your order tracking, as the tracking information may not be available from our shippers before that time.
PLEASE NOTE: once processed, allow 3-6 business days for your order to arrive at your door.

All of our flavored products are certified USDA organic by Oregon Tilth, the leading certifier, educator and advocate for organic agriculture and products since 1974. Non-flavored water-only products cannot be classified as organic, as stated by the US National Organic Program. However, our Cool Water products start with the best local source that is closest to pure water (H2O only) and then we apply a reverse osmosis purification technique.

If your order was damaged in-transit, or if you’ve received the wrong So Cool water order, please contact a member of the So Cool customer service team by emailing customer.service@socoolbrands.com. We will send you a replacement or offer you an equal exchange credit at http://www.shop.socoolbrands.com/
If you believe there is a quality issue with your So Cool water, please take note of the code and the “best by” date printed on the carton, so that we can track the exact So Cool product you have received.
